About B.A.D.D. |
Real People. Real Problems. Real Solutions.
An Overview The B.A.D.D. Organization started in 1993, as a remote ranch facility accepting individuals needing help. Since that time, the B.A.D.D. Organization has helped over 10,000 people. Headquartered in the inner-city of Los Angeles, B.A.D.D. is able to address many of the problems plaguing inner-cities today: homelessness, gangs, prostitutes, addicts, and those needing a fresh start. Graduates of our year long Discipleship School have learned new life skills as well as bringing their lives back into order. A faith-based curriculum combined with an intensive work schedule propels students into overcoming past problems and brings a fresh perspective to life. Each person is taught the value of reaching out to others and giving back to the community.
Our Focus Founded by Dominic Gaccetta, the B.A.D.D. Organization, standing for Born Again Delivered Disciples, operates its Adult Division and provides the residential school at no cost to adult participants through donations. In addition, the B.A.D.D. Organization also has outreaches to children with positive anti-drug, alternatives to gangs, and practical living messages. B.A.D.D. also has weekly Saturday Night Outreaches, called Kickback, as well as regular outreaches to urban settings (parks, projects, lots). The mission of the B.A.D.D. Organization is simple: People Helping People.
